“Limassol: A city, the whole world” Free Educational Excursion to Lefkara for TCNs
The Municipality of Limassol organizes a free educational excursion to Lefkara for TCNs in the framework of the local integration program “Limassol: A city, the whole world”.
The aim of this activity is the acquaintance with Cypriot culture by TCNs and a better understanding of the hosting society.
The excursion will take place on Sunday the 17th of October 2021 from 9:00 in the morning until the afternoon with the accompany of a professional tourist guide.

The excursion’s program:
- Meeting Point: St. Cathrine Catholic Church (near Molos)
- Tour in Lefkara and visit the cultural sites
- Workshop about the “lefkaritiko” as part of the cultural heritage of Lefkara
- Visit the old town and the Leventis Municipal Museum in Nicosia
- Complimentary lunch
All participants must have a Safe Pass to participate. A Safe Pass requires a vaccination certificate, with at least one dose after three weeks have passed, or proof that one has had Covid-19 in the past six months or a negative 72-hour PCR or rapid test.
The program” Limassol: one city, the whole world” is co-financed by the European Asylum Fund for Migration and Integration and the Republic of Cyprus.
It is implemented for a decade, offering services TCNs (migrants, refugees, asylum seekers) to support them for better integration in the local community.
